Hello and welcome to the Christmas Craft Creations challenge for the month of December. The theme is Winter Blues and all the details and rules can be found here.
I had recently bought a new watercolor set so I decided to use it for my cards. I took two blues: Indigo and Ultramarine. But first I stamped and heat embossed in gold snowflakes from Stamperia’s Snowflakes stamp set on watercolor paper. I didn’t do a great job stamping so some of the snowflakes came out partially but that was totally fine. Next step: just playing with the colors and lots of water.

For card number one I added vellum on top with heat embossed sentiment “Peaceful Christmas Time” in Finnish, adhered die cut snowflakes (leftovers from another project) and added sequins for a bit more sparkle.

Card number two: matted the watercolor panel on textured blue cardstock, added vellum strip with the sentiment “Let it snow” and added also sequins.
I hope you will join us in this month’s challenge 🙂
Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a better and healthier 2021!
Hugs,
Boryana
